Individual Therapy

Deeper Change with Personalized Therapy Tailored to You

A lot of therapy stays on the surface. It offers tools, reframes, coping strategies that can be useful, sometimes, but rarely transformative. What I offer goes deeper than that.

My approach is integrative and experiential, which means we don't just talk about what's happening, we work with it directly. Through the body, through emotion, through the living texture of the therapeutic relationship itself. Change doesn't only happen through insight. It happens when something is actually felt differently, when the nervous system shifts, when an old pattern loses its grip, when you experience yourself responding in a way that surprises you.

That's the kind of therapy I'm trained to offer. And it's a different thing entirely.

Evidence-based, but never formulaic

I'm trained in some of the most well-researched and clinically rigorous modalities available, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, AEDP, IFS, Brainspotting, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, DBT, EFT, and more. But I don't apply any single method to every person.

What I do instead is follow you, what's alive in the room, what your nervous system needs, what the moment is asking for, guided by an overall picture of where we're going. The modalities are in service of you, not the other way around.

This means your therapy is genuinely individualized. Not a template with your name on it.

What this work can reach

Individual therapy with me is particularly effective for:

Trauma & Complex Trauma: reaching what lives in the body and nervous system, not just the thinking mind

Anxiety & Depression: going beneath symptoms to what's actually driving them

Attachment & Relationship Patterns: understanding what formed them and making something different possible

Identity & Self-Worth: building a more solid, honest relationship with yourself

Life Transitions: finding your footing when the ground has shifted

Burnout & High Achievement: separating your worth from your output

Grief & Loss: creating space for what doesn't have anywhere else to go

Anger & Emotional Regulation: understanding what's underneath, so it stops running you

What makes it different

It's experiential. We work with what's happening in the room, in your body, in the relationship between us, not only with what you report about your life outside it. This is what creates lasting change rather than temporary relief.

It's relational. The therapeutic relationship is not incidental to the work, it is the work. How you relate to me, what gets activated between us, what becomes possible in this space, that's where transformation happens.

It's attuned to who you are. Your cultural history, identity, relationships, and the systems that have shaped you, all the visible and invisible experiences that make you who you are. We make space for the individual details that others may overlook, because they matter to understanding your whole story.

It goes to the root. Not symptom management. Not coping strategies as an end point. The actual beliefs, patterns, and wounds that are organizing your life, and the possibility of something genuinely different.

A note on the process

This isn't a quick fix, and I won't pretend it is. Real change, the kind that shifts how you move through the world, takes time, trust, and genuine engagement. What I can offer is a relationship built on honesty, real care, and clinical depth. A process that goes at your pace, but doesn't stay comfortable where comfort is keeping you small.

Most people find that the work changes not just what they came in for, but how they exist in their lives more broadly. That's the kind of work I'm here for.
